Montbello Football Program: End of Summer Contact Football Camp

Attention All 9th - 12th Graders!

We are excited to announce our End of Summer 10-day Contact Football Camp, specifically designed for students entering grades 9 through 12. This intensive camp is a prelude to our fall season and is the perfect opportunity for you to enhance your skills, build team spirit, and get ready for the upcoming season. We will end this camp with a scrimmage jamboree against other teams.

Camp Details:

• Dates: July 20th - July 31st
• Time: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Saturday Practices 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• Location: Montbello High School Football Field

What to Expect:

• Skill Development: Improve your tackling, passing, catching, kicking, offensive and defensive techniques.
• Team Building: Work closely with your teammates to develop strong on-field chemistry.
• Expert Coaching: Learn from our experienced coaching staff who are dedicated to helping you reach your full potential.
• Conditioning: Get in peak physical shape with our comprehensive conditioning program.
• Strength Training:  Enhance your physical strength and reduce injury risk with targeted exercises.

What to Bring:

• Football gear (mouth piece, cleats, etc.)
• Workout clothes (shorts, t-shirts, etc.)
• Water bottle
• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard

Note: All participants must have a signed waiver and proof of a recent physical before the first day of camp. Please ensure these documents are submitted during registration.
